Screenshot of folder options control panel applet in Windows XP, for use in List of Control Panel applets (Windows), I believe that this is covered under the fair use rationale because;

• It has a sufficiently low resolution.
• It is being used only for informational purposes to demonstrate how the featured item is conveyed to the user, and adds depth to the article it is being used in.
