Folie a deux winery

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Folie à Deux is a winery in the Napa Valley, California, USA and is part of the Trinchero Family Estates.

The winery was founded in 1981 by two psychiatric professionals with a dream of making wine. They named the winery for the French term meaning "shared fantasies". They had a focus on small-production Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Amador County Zinfandel.[1]

In 2004 Folie à Deux was purchased by Trinchero Family Estates, the Napa Valley wine company owned and operated by the Trinchero family.
