[edit] History

Foldera (originally Taskport, Inc. which later became Foldera, Inc. through a reverse merger) was co-founded in 2001 by former President, CEO, and Chairman Richard Lusk, Daniel P. O'Shea and Jean-Pierre E. Poveda.[2][3][4][5] O'Shea, Lusk and Poveda sought to create a business solution that would help organize workflow. Foldera became a public company in February of 2006[citation needed]. Foldera launched a public beta in February of 2006 and publicly demonstrated its product for the first time at the O’Reilly Emerging Technology Conference in March of 2006.[6]

Due to a restructuring and strategy shift Foldera recently shut down the Foldera beta offering, all beta accounts are no longer available for access. [7]
