Most sources agree that the W.3 was the floatplane version of the M.7; but Jane's Encyclopedia of Aviation says that the W.4 was the M.7 floatplane (p. 402) and doesn't list the W.3 at all. I'd write this off as a typo on Jane's part, but both the RAF Thesaurus (here) and the NASM Directory (here) say that there was indeed a W.4. Because I don't know how independent these sources are of the Jane's entry, I haven't included the W.4 in the article text, but have redirected W.4 to here for the time being. --Rlandmann 00:05, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
