I am Nicolas, from Argentina. I just want to tell you that the Pucara is not a counter-insurgency asircraft.It is a grtound forces tactical support,observation and light attack aircraft. Just check the spanish version. sorry for the speling mistakes. Thanks for doing this. Nico ----

Nicolas, if you check existing bibliography about the IA-58 Pucara you can see that it was originally developed as a COIN (COunter-INsurgency) aircraft. Obviously mission evolves with time, so much probably now its mission has been reclassified by the FAeAr. Regards, DPdH (talk) 04:37, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
