[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Flyleaf-Flyleaf.jpg
Image:Flyleaf-Flyleaf.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 09:34, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Alternate Track order
Exactly why are some copies track orders like this?
- There For You
- All Around Me
- Breathe Today
- Cassie
- Fully Alive
- I'm So Sick
- I'm Sorry
- Perfect
- Red Sam
- So I Thought
- Sorrow
This might be a fake copy, where the tracks are shuffled, but is it? Oceanstream 12:44, 18 June 2007
Sorry I put this here, it's just that I have two copies of the CD. One of them has the official tracklisting order, and the other one has the one I posted above. Not just that, Fully Alive has a different center part. What really confused me is that the computer actually read them when I inserted them with Windows Media Player. I have a feeling some copies might be fakes that are like this. Oceanstream 21:13, 15 July 2007
I'm guessing that this was just a mistake. The Fully Alive on there was the album version (later copies, like my correct copy, had the radio version, earlier copies had the album version). I've heard that Windows Media Player can read Cds like this one. For example, when I made a copy of Evanescence's Origin and self-titled EP combined into one CD (those two cds are legal to copy, as they are rare) for a friend, her computer read the tracks on Origin. My incorrect copy of Flyleaf was probably just a mistake. 12.214.76.88 23:47, 29 September 2007 (UTC)Oceanstream
