Hello

I am a tax attorney practicing law in South Florida (original name huh?). I am also a Florida CPA. I am a father, husband, friend and a fan of food, wine, cigars, world travel and college sports - Go Gators! I love music and played a fair amount in school.

I enjoy Wikipedia and want to share a little of my knowledge with everyone else as you have done for me. I have a JD, M.Acc. and B.S. in Business administration all from the University of Florida. I began my practice with a Big 6 accounting firm in San Francisco before returning home to Florida to practice law. I help people start businesses, plan their estates, assist with multi-generational wealth planning, and help them out with the IRS. I will contribute to articles within my areas of expertise.
