Fair use rationale: This image is provided as a representative illustration of the Flooz company logo along with Whoopi Goldberg, who was prominently featured in most material promoting Flooz. As a company logo, it is used openly and publicly to represent the image of an organization and it is not possible to represent this image through "free" means.

Of particular note yet not applicable as a fair use rationale, since the copyright to this image is held by a now defunct and dissolved company, any copyright claim to this image is and will likely remain abandoned.
