Florn clocks were made by a German company in the 1950s. They manufactured small manual travel and desk clocks. Florn clocks are readily available today on eBay. Most examples are small “clam” or “oyster” style in design. These were made compact for travel.
Currently florn is an [trademarked] term referring to a tortilla style composed of both corn and flour (wheat) products.
