Florida State Road 33 is a road running through Lake and Polk counties in Florida.

State Road 33 begins in Okahumpka, goes underneath Florida's Turnpike and runs south through rural farmland for about 10 miles before getting to Mascotte. It then runs as SR-33/US-50 for about 3 miles to Groveland before running south again as a separate road. It then runs through rural farmland again all the way to Lakeland.
