Florian Rousseau (born February 3, 1974 in Joinville-le-Pont) was a track cyclist from France, who won three golden medals and one silver at the Summer Olympics (1996 and 2000). He was popular among spectators for the facial expressions he pulled - many of them seeming to make his eyes bulge - to help him concentrate at the start of races.

Rousseau is now a French national track coach and works at the national sport institute in Paris with riders such as the world champion Grégory Baugé.
