Florian Balmer

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Florian Balmer (born January 16, 1979) is an independent software developer living in Switzerland and works as a neuro-surgeon. He has created a number of freeware utilities, the most popular being Notepad2, an enhanced Notepad replacement.
