Florentino Ameghino Partido is a partido in the north-west of Buenos Aires Province in Argentina.
The provincial subdivision has a population of about 8,000 inhabitants in an area of 1,824 km² (704 sq mi), and its capital city is Florentino Ameghino, which is located 430 km (267 mi) from Buenos Aires.

Florentino Ameghino Partido is named after Argentinian naturalist, paleontologist, anthropologist and zoologist, Florentino Ameghino (September 18, 1854 – August 6, 1911).
