Florence Peak is a mountain located in Sequoia National Park in the southern Sierra Nevada in California. The peak rises to an elevation of 12,432 ft (3,789 m), making it one of the highest mountains south of Mount Whitney.[1][2] A cirque containing snow patches and several tarns is located to the north of the mountain.[2] The high elevation of the peak means that most of the precipitation it receives is snow.[3]
