[edit] IMDB Citation
The reference to IMBB's "Studio Briefing" really ought to be updated with a proper reference to the referenced / orgional [Los Angeles Daily News] article. TSayles 04:45, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
changed "meaning a beautiful and innocent girl" to just "meaning girl" since "flicka" is just the swedish quivalent of "girl".

[edit] Pretty obvious bias
I'm removing the following paragraph because it is biased as hell.
- The American Humane Association, which supposedly protects animals in the film industry, signed off on Fox's dangerous and irresponsible wild horse race scene. They have gone out of their way to try to convince the public that animal endangerment and cruelty by Fox was just an "accident." And they supported Fox's bizarre explanation that the horse "reared" and then fell! Horses can't rear when they are running!

[edit] Do we need AHA and HSUS clarification in the article?
"Do not confuse the American Humane Association (AHA) with the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS)."
Is this line at all necessary? Why does it matter in an article of this sort? Monkey Bounce 19:11, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
2 horses died during the making of this film. If you're an animal lover, boycott this movie, please. - Tushaani Naidu
[edit] Mary O'Hara link
The link to Mary O'Hara on this page seems to link to the wrong Mary O'Hara, namely Mary O'Hara (born 1935), an Irish singer and harpist. Can't be the right one, surely.
