Flixya was started in July of 2006, by co-founders Adam Oliver and Ivan Wong. Flixya is a social networking community that promotes member ownership by offering members 100% ad revenue via Google Adsense.
Flixya has grown by word of mouth into a thriving online community with over 52k members and approximately 6 million pageviews per month.
The philosophy that drives Flixya is the belief that "the true value of social networking is the community."
Flixya.com, is one of a group of sites that makes up the Hybrid Media Labs network, created by Adam Oliver, Ivan Wong and Florian Cervenka.
