[edit] NPOV

Any well written page on wikipedia includes information about the company, its history, its management, its strategy, and its services/products. The Flextronics page is in NPOV. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.72.87.203 (talk • contribs).

[edit] Rewrite; second insertion of copyvio material

Note: I rewrote this article because someone had inserted material from Reuters here and/or Flextronics *again*. This is absolutely not acceptable for two reasons:-

  • Simple copyvio; unless they gave us explicit permission to reproduce wholesale under a WP-compatible license, we can't do that.
  • POV (only applies if original source was Flextronics themselves). Even if we had permission, press releases are inherently POV, even when they only include verifiable information (see this discussion to find out why).

Can we get rid of that load of marketing in the external links? Wikipedia is not a place for companies to advertise their products or services. Jax184 23:25, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Lego?

Should this article mention that Flextronics is going to start producing LEGO bricks within the next couple years?[1] HotWheels(53) Talk 17:37, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

Absolutely, it's worth a sentence because that's info people might want to know....but only if you can find a reliable source and add the citation.Wikidemo 08:56, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
