Flavio Lazzari (born 5 September 1986 in Rome) is an Italian football player. He currently plays for Messina.

Lazzari started his career at Cisco. He was on loan to Udinese in summer 2005, and made his Serie A debut on 11 December 2005 against U.S. Lecce. He's girlfriend's name is Alessandra Possemato.

He signed a permanent deal in summer 2007, but he then farmed to Serie B clubs Modena and Messina.
