Flash charting

Flash charting software, or technique, or components is a way for web and desktop application developers to built animated, interactive charts with Flash platform.
Unlike any other technique for building charts for software applications Flash allows to make them dynamic, interactive, great looking and addictive. Though charting main purpose is to present data visually the role of Flash charting can not be denied.[citation needed]
Three types of flash charting components should be distinguished:
- Natural Flash Components Libraries (like those from Macromedia)
- Components that allow to create SWF file as output
- Components that get data from XML or other external source and dynamically built required visualisation.
