Flávio Miguel Magalhães Sousa Meireles (born October 3, 1976 in Ribeira de Pena, Portugal) is a football defensive midfielder who currently is captain of Vitória SC of the BWINLIGA.
Meireles began his career as Senior in Moreirense FC (1996-97, 1998, 2000-03), subsequently joining AD Fafe (1997, 1998-2000), then his current club in 2003-04.
