Flávia Renata Delaroli Cazziolato (born December 28, 1983 in Ipatinga, Minas Gerais) is a freestyle swimmer from Brazil, who won the silver medal in the women's 50m freestyle at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. A resident of São Paulo, she also represented her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.
