[edit] Deletion.

I'm not sure why deletion of this article has been proposed. Perhaps a rewrite or reversion would be preferable. Fixed-focus cameras are pretty common. Surely an article discussing the characteristics of fixed focus imaging systems is appropriate?--Srleffler 04:13, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Several things. First, it's a small topic that should be covered elsewhere. Second, if we do cover it in its own article, do we want it to be named by a term that can't be defined as a noun? Certainly we don't want a confusion between focus and focal length to be prominently displayed in the lead. I just thought it would be better to get rid of it than to try to turn it into something useful. Same with guess focusing. Both are copied from another wiki, and have no reliable sources or evidence of notability as topics. Dicklyon 04:21, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
