I'm not very good at copyright laws; but I note that the license explicitly includes the point (you are free...) to make derivative works. Isn't this image precisely a "derivative work"? The license also seems to state that derivative works should be distributed under the same license at the original one; is that the trouble?-JoergenB (talk) 17:57, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
