Hmm, tricky one. Could it possibly be that he is an English-born Jamaican? Obviously one does not have to be born in a country in order to be a citizen (unless Jamaica has a very unusual view of citizenship). Badgerpatrol 11:04, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
