Fitchburg is a passenger rail station on MBTA Commuter Rail's Fitchburg Line and is the northern terminus for Fitchburg Line trains.[1] The rail stop is directly adjacent to the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority's Intermodal Center and 400 space parking garage.[2]

- Montachusett Regional Transit Authority offers bus service to Gardner, Leominster, and around Fitchburg itself.[3]
- During winter months there is a shuttle bus that connects the MBTA "ski train" to the Wachusett Mountian Ski Resort.[4]
