I tagged this for {{db}} speedy deletion, as it seemed to be meant for the German Wikipedia, or in reference to a now fixed bug. If you still have a use for it, please feel free to re-create; if not, it would help if you could request deletion yourself(as the page would then fall under a specific, known CSD). Thanks!
