Isn't is a little early to call this cabinet Balkenende-1? Who knows if there'll be a second? And if you want to keep it, let's not use the "-1" format then (I think the entire title could use some work). Jheijmans 04:45 Jul 23, 2002 (PDT)

I'm sure you are right, the -1 is "just in case" and I've seen it in news articles. But the title is reasonably non-ambiguous. Please go ahead and rename it if you can think of something better.
Cabinet Balkenende (Netherlands) perhaps?
