Talk:Firefox Companion for eBay

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Agree that this needs more work (I borrowed the press release for lack of further info), but I think the concept of "Firefox Companions" (both Kodak and eBay so far) are quite integral to understanding Mozilla and its growth and distribution plans.

The issue as I see it is that it currently does read like a press release or advert (that's what it is :) ). If the idea is that important, there should be coverage of it in reliable sources which can then be used to make it read like a good article. Thanks for using the hangon tag -- it won't be deleted for a few days now and there should be time to de"spam" it and bring it up to speed. Baccyak4H (Yak!) 14:01, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Ebay selling out Microsoft.

If anything Ebay has "sold-out" Microsoft. The Ebay login page used to have the option for signing in with Microsoft's "PASSPORT" technology. eBay brings down the hammer on Microsoft Passport. CaribDigita 17:00, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
