I tend to find reviews on the main page (Deepa Mehta) of her films and many of them are Pro-Mehta as an activist (particularly for women's issues) etc. I believe it would be informative for readers to know what some (some) feminists feel about her work.

Hi there! I'll be editing this page over the next few days for a class project for a college class. I'll be addressing events that surrounding the screening of the film in India, as well as well as the public dialogue around it, and linking it up to related topics.
