Description

The roof top, seen in the picture, is the place where the flag of Bangladesh was lifted for the first time. That roof top is a part of Arts faculty building, Dhaka University. The prominent sculpture Oparajeyo Bangla is just a couple of steps away from the place. DUCSU has put a slab there to commemorate that historical event.
