Fiona Mackenzie is a marketing strategist and founder of Undercover Strategist, a boutique strategy agency providing services to small and medium-sized businesses in Australia.

She graduated in 1995 with a MBA from the University of Auckland (New Zealand)and holds Diplomas in both marketing and public relations.

Prior to Undercover Strategist, Fiona Mackenzie spent almost six years with Telstra Corporation, running large product portfolios including the $2B business and government fixed voice portfolio.

In the 1990s, she was the first-ever marketing manager for Telarc New Zealand, a statutory board offering third party laboratory accreditation and ISO 9000 certification services.
