I just consolidated the references and cleaned up a couple of them. In the process I also had to remove the page numbers for some of them, so that they would appear as the same reference. If someone else wants to (or knows how to) preserve the individual page number for each cite, then feel free to do that. Philomathoholic (talk) 07:49, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
