It appears that this article contained original content up until the revision of [October 6th, 2006] by Kostasfme. The content of that revision was a large scale copy-paste from the University website, with minor changes taking place afterwards. It seems probable that the poster was unaware of the copyright violation: in fact, the extensive plagiarism in articles related to the University of the Aegean may be attributed to prevailing academic practice in the institution. This consideration, in conjunction with WP:AGF, should inform any decision regarding the author. As for the article, I think it should be deleted, since it doesn't appear notable anyway.
