[edit] Final Fantasy Logos
What's the reasoning for the ancient Final Fantasy (I) logo on this page and especially on the Final Fantasy (series) article? It makes both pages look hideous.

"...Producer Hironobu Sakaguchi allowed Aeris to die in Final Fantasy VII as an expression of grief after his mother died during the production of Final Fantasy III."
err? Wouldn't it be during VII? Hm. I always thought it was. Lockeownzj00 19:26, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
- Whoa! I never knew that. I there a source? --JiFish(Talk/Contrib) 20:21, August 10, 2005 (UTC)
- Nah, it was during FFIII, 7 years before FFVII's release. There's a few sources.. he did a few interviews, but I remember there was one where it focused on FFVII and he really opened up — CuaHL 07:51, 11 August 2005 (UTC)

Are there any new themes in Final Fantasy VII? When we were creating Final Fantasy III, my mother passed away, and ever since I have been thinking about the theme "life". Life exists in many things, and I was curious about what would happen if I attempted to analyze life in a mathematical and logical way. Maybe this was my approach in overcoming the grief I was experiencing. This is the first time in the series that this particular theme actually appears in the game itself. See if you can spot it!

- Although this is rather compelling; He doesn't explitly state that he let Aeris to die as an expression of grief after his mother died. He could simply be refering to the many life and death themes in Final Fantasy VII. --JiFish(Talk/Contrib) 12:10, August 11, 2005 (UTC)
- I saw that myself. Look, I don't have time to find the article at the moment but its there. If need be, remove the damn fact and I'll sort it out in a couple of weeks — CuaHL 12:12, 11 August 2005 (UTC)
- Yikes! Look, I wasn't suggesting it should be removed. I was just curious becuase... well I thought I knew everything about Final Fantasy VII and this was new to me. I actually find it rather exciting to discover something new after all this time and I was only looking for confirmation for my own satisfaction. Apologies for any offence caused. --JiFish(Talk/Contrib) 12:23, August 11, 2005 (UTC)
- Aye, apologies too. My wikistress levels at 3. I'll be on my vacation soon and then I'll be refreshed. I hope it's not contagious :D — CuaHL 12:30, 11 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] ☞
Since the portals color themes are based off of the FF menu system, I thought it would be nice if we could use ☞ on the page somehow. Dread Lord CyberSkull ✎☠ 13:20, 26 November 2005 (UTC)

Anyone had new ideas for this portal? — Deckiller 03:54, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Summons as seperate category
FF summons should have more than the section under magic - they are interesting enough in themselves - referencing various myths and religions, with many of them appearing numerous times throughout the series --62.6.139.11 15:40, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] We should probably change the featured article
This thing is dead, just as the FF Wiki on Wikicities was before I restored it. Sir Crazyswordsman 03:56, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
