The description seems a bit misleading; the linked page at http://www.tlfq.ulaval.ca/axl/europe/suede.htm has a basically identical map, apparently made by Mikael Parkvall in 2005, but not actually any numerical data on the Finnish-speaking population in Sweden. Reimplementing an identical map by putting different colors in a map of the municipalities of Sweden seems pretty near a copyvio to me.
Googling for Mikael Parkvall indicates that he was a student of linguistics at a Swedish university up until around 2005 or so. Newer hits only refer to his books.
Seeing as the northern municipalities of Sweden also have a strong Finnish (and/or Meänkieli) minority, perhaps a map of all of Sweden would be more useful anyway.-- era (Talk | History) 21:08, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
