This macro is used by the "American films of ..." entries (like American films of 1953), in which the five entries about the film are used; this allows a film record, including the table record prefix, to fit on one line in the Wiki source. The first entry is the name of the film (as a link); the rest are optional. The entries are: Title | Director | Cast | Genre | Notes
