[edit] Citing References...
- Just about all the facts in the article have that have the "citiation needed" tag were on the Official Filter website at one point, but the News and Rich Words pages that contained said info (like Rich's tattoo and trip to rehab, for example) have been down for months. Avid Filter fans know much of this information to be true, and most can be verified by some means via the Filter message board.

[edit] "Title of Record" syncs up with movie "The Thin Red Line"
- First of all, "Title of Record" is a fantastic and intense disc. One night, in an impaired state and after long, continuous listening to the disc, I watched the war movie, "The Thin Red Line". For several days I kept thinking that the two could complement each other. I began playing around with it one night in a hotel room and dude, THEY DO! Pause the movie at the 2:33 mark in Chapter 5 (a soldier making a crazy face just before getting out of a boat), then start both disc and movie up. It is insane the first time through the disc. At the end of the disc, pause the movie and start it again and they will continue to sync, but not at the same level as the first time through. I hope you enjoy it. [edit] Arthur Lee?
- I've been a devout Filter fan since their debut, and have never seen any mention anywhere of an Arthur Lee contributing to the band, even after thorough research. He definitely was never an official band member, and if he indeed contributed to demo recordings, that information should be added to the trivia section along with a link proving this. I have seen several other articles floating around the internet claiming this, but keep in mind they were all cut-and-pasted from Wikipedia while still containing that misinformation at the time.

[edit] Hey Man, Nice Shot
[edit] Filter is NOT from Green Bay, Wis.
From the AMG article on Filter:
..."After NIN finished its lengthy first tour in the early '90s, Patrick and Liesegang met through a mutual friend and began to record industrial rock together. Their debut album, Short Bus, released on Reprise in 1995, was recorded by the two at a small house on the outskirts of Cleveland. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.62.92.114 (talk) 20:51, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
