Filhós

Filhós is a traditional Christmas dessert in Portugal.
Filhos is usually made by forming a ball from a mixture of flour, eggs and pumpkin (paste or dough) and deep frying it. After it is fried it is common to roll them in or powder them with sugar and cinnamon.(Also known as Melesades)
