There doesn't appear to be a list dedicated to DVD's made from all-digital transfers. Among major feature film releases, I believe that A Bug's Life was the first CGI movie (or movie period) with an all-digital DVD transfer, while Disney's Tarzan was the first drawn feature, and Star Wars Episode II was the first live action film. I don't know about other features, such as which of Disney's recent animated features have had all-digital transfers and which didn't, and the same goes for non Disney/Pixar CGI films.
