[edit] Bold names in "Awards"

Why are the names "Adriano," "David," "William," and "Santamaría" in the Awards section bolded? Akrabbim 01:26, 27 February 2006 (UTC)

It's analogous to, for example, "Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima" - many footballers, especially those from Portuguese-speaking countries, are known by only 1 given name. – ugen64 02:20, 20 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Name change

FIFA changed this event:

I know FIFA changed both the U-17 and U-20 tournaments to "U-17 World Cup" and "U-20 World Cup" beginning next year. they are no longer called "World Championships" Check FIFA.com

I moved this page to its new title. For discussion, go to Talk:FIFA#Rebranding_of_championships. --Gabbec 06:27, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
