[edit] Megatokyo FAC

Your suggestions have been incorporated into the article. Your re-evaluation of the article would be greatly appreciated. JimmyBlackwing 20:33, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Early life of Jan Smuts (was Jan Smuts's youth) - FAC

Earlier this month you commented on the FAC nomination for the above article - voting against its promotion to FA status. Since then there have been a number of changes made to the article. If you have any comments to make on the article as it presently stands, before the voting period ends, then we would be very glad to hear them.

[edit] Massive cull of the Parapsychology article

I went ahead and made good on your March 2006 threat to perform a "massive cull" of unsourced claims found at Parapsychology. The article has been significantly thinned out! Simões (talk/contribs) 08:53, 21 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia:Featured_article_candidates/Mount_Tambora

Hi, thanks for your comment of the FAC entry. Since then, I have expanded the article to gain comprehensiveness as you mentioned. The article has 3 new sections: Eruptive History, Ecosystem and Monitoring. Could you please take a look again and give your further comments on the FAC entry? Thanks. — Indon (reply) — 10:30, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for your suport for Mount Tambora's FAC entry. It is now featured.

[edit] MacGuffin - The Last Dragon

Hi, you deleted the information I added to the MacGuffin article about The Last Dragon because you couldn't find a cite. What kind of cite are you looking for? Like a source or something? I'll be happy to track one down and add it. Thanks! Jyroberson 23:09, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia:Featured_article_candidates/Scottish Parliament

You commented on this article earlier this month voting against its promotion to FAC status because of the lack of inline citations. There are significantly more inline citations - at least one per paragraph and it has its own reference section. Unfortunately after this length of time the article only has one recorded vote and I'd be very greatful if you could take a look at it again and give your opinion. Thanks Globaltraveller 19:39, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks!

I just noticed that you'd placed Chicago for FA status after I'd had some difficulties with the process. I was a little new at the time and I really appreciate you helping out, even though the run was clearly the wrong move. Thanks very much for the support! Mrmaroon25 05:01, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] MOS (writing about fiction)

In the past you have participated in discussion about this guideline, or voted in it's acceptence. There is currently a discussion about a partial rewrite of this guideline. The discussion could benefit from some more input. Thank you for your contributions. TheDJ (talkcontribsWikiProject Television) 16:06, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Matrix Scheme

Fieari, Not sure if you can help, but the Matrix Scheme article is continuously being reverted by Cybertrax. There is disagreement over valid external links, and since his link has been deemed unworthy he feels that the Matrixwatch link is not valid either and is continualy deleting it. Any help would be great, or perhaps a nudge in the right direction. Arzel 14:18, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Revived discussion concerning fair use in portals

I am contacting everyone who participated in the discussion that became inactive in December. Due to the length of the previous discussion, I have proposed a new amendment and you like you to weigh in so that we may actually have a consensus on this matter as it doesn't seem there exists one either way. -ΖαππερΝαππερ BabelAlexandria

[edit] Mathematics CotW

Hey Fieari, I am writing you to let you know that the Mathematics Collaboration of the week(soon to "of the month") is getting an overhaul of sorts and I would encourage you to participate in whatever way you can, i.e. nominate an article, contribute to an article, or sign up to be part of the project. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks--Cronholm144 21:23, 13 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] nice work

Just looked at some of your contributions. They look good. Do you mind if I nominate you to be an admin?--Ted-m 14:20, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

Well, I'd probably get nailed with the people insisting on "1FA" for admins, since I've only ever reviewed, never actually put one through, but I would not mind being an admin. Fieari 00:04, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Whitstable FAC

Improvements have been made to the prose of the Whitstable article, as you suggested in its FAC. Would you mind having another look at the article sometime. Thanks. Epbr123 23:07, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

  • Further improvements have been made. Epbr123 20:39, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Tetra.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Tetra.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 07:28, 6 August 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ejfetters 07:28, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Ryukyu Kempo\Rewrite

By any chance, are you still using Ryukyu Kempo\Rewrite? It appears to be a neglected draft that hasn't been edited for two months. If not, please tag it with {{db-author}} for a deletion or move it to your userspace, which is intended to hold such drafts. Thanks. MER-C 13:19, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Ryukyu Kempo\Rewrite

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Ryukyu Kempo\Rewrite, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of the page. [edit] Main page request for featured article

I am trying to nominate a featured article for the main page but the limit has been lowered to five at a time and I might miss a time when there are only four. Could you check it occasionally and nominate Yes Minister for January 28th? The date is the 20th anniversary of the final episode being aired --Ted-m (talk) 05:10, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] German speaking Wikipedians

Do you know anyone on wikipedia that speaks German? I am looking for some people to proofread my translation of Gottes Zeit ist die allerbeste Zeit and other Bach Cantata pages I will be creating. --Ted-m (talk) 01:51, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
