[edit] Volume fraction definition

As far as my knowledge is concerned the exact definition of volume fraction is " Ratio of the weight of fiber per unit volume of the matrix to the unit weight of fiber expressed in percentage". e.g. if we say volume fraction of 1% for steel fiber, it means 78.5kg of steel fiber in 1cum matrix volume. Is not it correct? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.212.8.62 (talkcontribs) 06:57, February 9, 2007
