I wish I knew what I was doing on wikipedia but I have noticed an error, the article states the 2.4l was reserved for the 3dr Stilo only. This is wrong, it was available in the 5dr too.

It´s correct. The Brazilian Abarth has 5 drs. And the Brazilian Stilo has a diferent rear (look better than the euro version, in my humble opinion). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.6.84.41 (talk) 19:00, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "The Stilo is the most powerful car for power to wieght ratio"

"The Stilo is the most powerful car for power to wieght ratio" ... are you sure?!

Compare that statement to the following section on the same page:

"The engine range, particularly the 1.2 and 1.6 petrol units, was also criticised for being underpowered. The car's fuel economy was also seen as poor for its class, a result of the car's heavy weight"

^_^

Deleted. It was an unsourced and unconvincing comment added by an anonymous editor. DWaterson 18:54, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fuel Economy

Hello, I am a new Wikipedian. I have a Fiat Stilo (1.2l). I fully agree that it is underpowered, but I think the comment "the car's fuel economy was also seen as poor for its class" is a bit unfair, because I am happily doing 50+ miles per gallon (mostly motorway driving). Either we shoud have some links from those who "saw" this, or a bit less of a definitive statement. I have been looking for the fuel consumption of other cars in its class, but following the link to "compact car" has not been very helpful.

The comment is not that unfair but totally out of place in Wikipedia - this article is still a mess. WP articles should not give judgements about vehicles, only inform. You are cordially invited to edit and expand the article in an NPOV manner. Bravada, talk - 14:02, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
