It a promotion poster made for advertising the VHS or the artists shown.
It can seen in various locations as well as in virtual sites.
It is a lower resolution one which will not affect the sales of the VHS represented.
It is used for informational purposes only and not intend to harm the owner rights.
Its legal status is adequate to illustrate Fantastic Four in question.
