As mentioned before, the Weber and Hofmann lawsuits against Fermilab are public record, and the appropriate references to those lawsuits are included in the article. If the information continues to be deleted, with no reason given for the deletion, I will contact Wikipedia.

Regarding the May 1st edit; the case has not been closed. Weber filed an appeal at the end of April and her case is ongoing.

Regarding May 2nd edit; a recent Nature article discusses very significant gender inequities in conference allocations made by experiment administrators at the laboratory (males are allocated three times the conference presentations compared to their female peers). This should obviously be included in a balanced discussion of the status of women at Fermilab.
