Did you really take this picture yourself? --John 14:37, 10 July 2007 (UTC)

I notice you haven't actually answered this question or any of the questions Vintagekits has asked you. I am about to delete all images you have uploaded unless you can show that the licensing tags are accurate. Also please don't be rude to people here; we can disagree without it. --John 01:23, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Images

If you falsely claim that you have created images yourself to avoid copyright and that is found out to be a lie then you are risking being blocked or banned.--Vintagekits 01:08, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

I refer to this image - Clinton1.jpg.--Vintagekits 01:10, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
Did you really take all the pictures that you have uploaded - also you havent answer John's question above.--Vintagekits 01:15, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
You say you are 17, so you would have been, what, 12, when you took the Clinton picture? As I already said, if you took them yourself, you'd likely be able to email or upload a larger version. If you can do that I will gladly undelete the photos and help you license them properly. As it is I'm very sorry to say I don't believe you. --John 02:13, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] July 2007

Please stop blanking articles. If you don't you may be blocked. Thanks. --John 01:39, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

I'M BLANKING THE ARTICLE I CREATED IN PROTEST AT ADMINISTRATOR ABUSE —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fermanagheditor (talkcontribs)
What abuse? We are just asking you if you really took those photos - its simply to answer either yes or no (also please sign your comments.--Vintagekits 02:01, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:John, you will be blocked from editing. Douglasmtaylor 01:59, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

No, this is the FIRST warning. It is not proper to give new and constructive editors a first/last warning straight away. Rklawton 02:14, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image licensing and WP:OWN

I've deleted some of the images which looked like they were in breach of copyright. Feel free to upload them again if you can license them properly. Let me know if you need help with that.

Blanking articles you created is not allowed; if you consider anything I have said or done to be inappropriate there are various ways to address this. You could start by telling me what administrator abuse you believe you have suffered and I will try to put it right. --John 02:08, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Fermanagh100.jpg

Another user has complained that this is a copyright violation of http://www.bencottages.com/Images/bigdevenishisland.jpg, and I agree and have deleted it. Please consider this your last warning for uploading copyvio images. --John 03:11, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Looking into your complaint

Unfortunately, I see that John asked you nicely here about various images, and you didn't respond. And at least one of them appears to have been a copyright violation? Rather than get angry, it might be best to simply explain a bit better.--Jimbo Wales 05:09, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:FrontpageFermanagh.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:FrontpageFermanagh.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 20:19, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
