Talk:Ferndown

Ferndown is a very nice town to live in and there are quite a lot of things to do. Round the corner there is the bournemouth international airport, which does fly as far as Cyprus and Spain! However this does mean that lots of planes fly overhead, which can be very noisy. The majority of the population in Ferndown is also Eldery residents, so tesco's can get very crowded on these people that don't get out of the way. There are 2 local swimming pools, one in Ferndown and one in Bournemouth. There is not much noise or hustle ins Ferndown, so genrally at night it is a quiet place with a few cars going by (unless next to a main road) The weather can be very unpredictable, and in the summer yes it will rain. But in the winter is usually doesn't snow, it hasn't snowed since February 2002. Kittkatmad 13:41, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
