Fernando Vicente Fibla (born March 8, 1977 in Benicarló) is a tennis player from Spain, who turned professional in 1996. He reached his highest singles ATP-ranking on June 12, 2000, when he became the World Number 29.

The right-handed Fernando Vincente has won four ATP singles tournaments (1999, Merano; 2000, Casablanca: and 2001, Bogotá) and one doubles title (2004, Casablanca) so far on the tour.

However, his best performances have been on the Challenger Tour, in which he has won 8 titles in singles and 4 (Barletta in 2004 partnering with countryman Marc López; Seville in 2005 with Brazilian Marcos Daniel; Barletta in 2006 with fellow Valencian Santiago Ventura; and Córdoba in 2007 also with Ventura) in doubles.

He is especially known for having one of the weakest backhands on the ATP Tour which fellow players often attack. He lacks depth and pace on his backhand side and usually just employs a slice.

As of May 7, 2007, Vicente is ranked as World Number 169 in both singles and doubles ATP-rankings, really far away from his usual positions through the beginning of the 2000s in singles, and in 2006 in doubles.
