Fernando Edgar Galetto (born April 13, 1971 in Monte Cristo, Córdoba) is a former Argentine footballer. In 1999 he joined Panathinaikos from San Lorenzo FC. He played with Panathinaikos for 3 years and he scored his only goal against Olympiacos FC.
Galetto made one appearance for the Argentina national team in 1995.
