The 4 star Fermain Valley Hotel is located in Guernsey, Channel Islands. Situated in the Fermain Valley on the border of St. Peter Port, the boutique hotel has 45 rooms and is 5 minutes from the main town of St. Peter Port.[1]. It is the sister hotel of the Braye Beach Hotel

In November 2003, Healthspan Leisure (a subsidiary of the Healthspan Group) purchased La Favorita Hotel and in February 2004 purchased the adjacent property: the former Fermain Hotel[2]. Following total refurbishment of both hotels, linked by garden design and planting, the Fermain Valley Hotel opened to guests in June 2006.[3]

- Guernsey's only Michelin Star restaurant; Christophe's Restaurant is located in the grounds of the Fermain Valley Hotel[4]
- The hotel gardens, were inspired by Eden Project designs
- Other facilities include a private cinema, indoor heated pool, sauna, two restaurants and a terrace overlooking the valley for alfresco dining, two lounges and complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.
